Well a new semester starts at UCF, though it has been on for like three weeks now soon, I just never got around to journalize it. More new stuff as coming into the gallery, and I am gonna try and upadte at least once a week, and more often than that if I can.

Also, I am glad to see that a lot more proper artists have been joining DA and are getting more of the recognition I think they should have had in any case.

Apart from that I hope you enjoy visiting the gallery, and if you like what you see, it would be really nice to hear what you liked and what I can do better, in short constructive crits are very welcome.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I am doing comissions and freelance work now, so if you think your project could benefit from my work, please let me know.

Thanks for stoping by ya'll!

If there is any interest in it, I am more than open! Price will depend on project and complexity, but seeing as I am early in the game they will probably start of fairlt low.

Hope to hear from ya'll!

I am happy. Really really happy^^

I can now, without feeling guilty, say that I can not go and thank every single one of you for watchies or favs. That is not ment as condecending, but it IS intended to clear up the eventual angry person who did not get his/her "thank you" note.

That being said, it feels WONDERFULL! I mean, I guess it is because I am less active now, so there is a good slab of messages here when I log in. It makes me happy^^

Also, I will be adminestring a big art dump here soon. I just need to get my tablet back from the repair works and I have to get my greedy little ones on  a scanner with A3 format.

So untill next time, this is ME, signing of.

I gotta tell you something....I am scared shitless....for the first time in my life.

You see, I am finishing my 13th year of schooling [I guess that equals to college or highschool or something like that] and even though I know where I am going next year, I find myself in desperate anexiaty from time to time. I always loathed the idea of growing up, of taking responsability. I always thought that 18 was so far away and now I am half a year past that point.

I want to dedicate myself to art and to be able to live of the things I make, but it is that notion that scares me the most since I have never taken such an unclear path before. I have always had plans and a backup plan and one more to back that one up, but here, I am really just letting that go, just as Kierkegaard teaches us in his philosophy.

As well as this I have been getting more and more tired with the way dA is evolving. The way it is getting spammed up with people who only run around here for the pageviews and the watches. That is not what this is supposed to be. It is supposed to be a forum for art of all kinds. It is sort of sad really, seeing how the best of the artists here don't even get nearly as much attention as the ones who makes easygoing stuff that pleases the uncritical masses. I am not going to name artists, since people generaly know who they are.

So enough of bitching and whining, I am gonna go read up on the theoreticals for my drivers lisence so I can get that done. I am bored as hell with it. THen I am gonna paint some more.

Oh yeah, if anyone here lives in the vicinity of Oslo and are interested in joining up for some scetching in the city, then please drop me a whisper

Have a nice summer mes amigos

For those who often have a stop by Youtube, you might want to check this out. Type in "Bobby Chiu". He paints fantastic pictures while he talks about his inspiration, history and philosofies.

Also he now does online classes on "www.imaginismstudios.com" and for those of you who can spare about 800 dollars should really consider it. This man has even recieved a couple of prices for his work and has been featured in a good deal of magazines, like Imagine FX.

The youtube videoes are extremely inspring, so get right on them;)

I have forgotten so many things, but then again, there are so many things that I remembered as well.

I gotta tell you, I am quite pissed as I write. Now first of I want to point out that this is not a rant on my own account but I wish to rant for all those who don't bother themselves because they know it won't be read anyways.

What really ticks me is all those who look at different works of art, and in an instance takes a stance on whether they like it or not. Most people do it this way, because they don't know any better or are just to fucking (yes I said that!) lazy to look beyond the the first glance and actually try and analyze the pieces.

In one way, ranting about this is quite self contradicting because I am the same way with music. I don't know how music works or how you should work out a good song, and therefore I am easily fascinated. But this is after all a forum for art, and therefore those who are members here should have some idea on how to analyze what they see.

Also I want to say a little something about comments and criticism. First of: Commenting someones work with something like "great work" or "sweet" as the entire comment is more of a nuisance than it is cheering. A constructive criticism that is relevant and that concerns both the good and the bad sides of a piece is so much better, both because it shows that you are able to make up a mature opinion about the piece, and because the artist now knows that someone has actually taken some interest in his or her work.

At last, I am not going to unreasonable, I know that this won't change a thing and that people will still be lazy biatches, but at least you can think about it.

Woooo^^

I found that we got a milkfoamythingy at home so now I can make fancycoffee all by myself. As I am typing thesefair news I am sipping to my very first Cafe au lait and I can't help but to feel extremely proud of myself:D

Also, basicly I have just reached a personal conclution to try and get into a university level art studium, while most people avert from these kinds of establishements, because they usually seem a bit intimidating. One reason of this would be that there are about 25 students per year. So I got some work cut out for me.

Also I was toying with the idea of starting a subway scetching group, much like Bobby Chiu has done in Canada and it has actually become a world wide trend. So anyone who lives in the vicinity of Oslo, please let me know if you are interested.

Well, with school taking it's toll on the timetable, my driving classes nearing an end and my projects heaping up, I have to apolagize for not being around here much.  Even so, I do appreciate all the comments you guys leave and I do my best to answer them all. At the moment I am taking some time to get to grasp with female physiology, and even though I haven't gotten that far yet, I am getting closer:)

Also, :iconmythicalmania: is going on as it has, but since this is the last semester for me and :iconezekiel666:, we don't realy have that much time to spare, so it's going a bit slow.

Yours truly

MISCHEVIOUS LITTLE ELF/PIXIE/EVEN

I feel kinda crappy, no let me take that back! I feel way crappy! I HATE my scanner (couse it wont scan) I strongly dislike the idea of having my exam in naturestuddies in less than 2 weeks, I don't get really cheerfull with the idea of my advanced math tests comming up and the fact that I cant post anything decent REALY is of no help, but the thing that really messes of this finely tuned mixture of crap is the fact that I brought it down on myself, sooooooooooo yeah... but apart from that everything is MUCHO BOENO! and spring is here!!!! WEEEEE hey that gives me an idea...seeya!!
OOO guess what? Im going...kinda chibistyle...or actually im just making some progress in the babyvamp (that being the alter ego of ezekiel666) and Pixie (est moi) cartoon:D
Due to a minor lack of competance I managed to upload the Battle sequence in the wrong order....good thing I labeled it huh?
Woooohoooo! dunno why but anywhooo...hhihi they ryhme...

Open for commisions by the way. No price tags at the moment, depends on how advanced it is, but Ill probably do it for trades or so^^
